IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF SHENANDOAH CABLE TELEVISION LLC FOR A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (FILED APRIL 3, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0392. Shenandoah Cable Television LLC filed an application requesting approval to provide cable television service in the unincorporated areas of the State of Delaware. The Commission will receive and consider applications through August 30, 2024 for a franchise to provide cable television service to the unincorporated areas of the State of Delaware. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FORM OF RATE REGULATION (FILED JULY 17, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0868. On October 29, 2024, Delmarva Power & Light Company filed a Supplemental Application and Testimony to support their petition for an Alternative Form of Rate Regulation. IN THE MATTER OF REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY’S 2024-2025 STANDARD OFFER SERVICE RATES, PROCUREMENT COST ADJUSTMENT AND RARM FILING (FILED MARCH 27, 2024)- PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0365. On March 27, 2024, Delmarva Power & Light Company filed an application requesting changes to it Electric Tariff related to its Standard Offer Service (“SOS”) rates, Procurement Cost Adjustment (“PCA”), and Reasonable Allowance for Retail Margin (“RARM”). IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF MPOWER ENERGY NJ LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE TO PROVIDE ELECTRIC SUPPLY SERVICE WITHIN THE STATE OF DELAWARE (SUBMITTED SEPTEMBER 17, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-1026. MPower Energy NJ LLC has applied to the Delaware Public Service Commission for an Electric Supplier Certificate to provide Electric Supply Service within the State of Delaware. IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THE STAFF OF THE DELAWARE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION REGARDING DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY’S ELECTRIC INTERCONNECTION PROCESS (FILED SEPTEMBER 11, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-1012. The Delaware Public Service Commission Staff proposes to review the interconnection process for Community Energy Facilities and submit a report on issues and recommendations to the Commission. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF BP ENERGY SERVICES, LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE TO PROVIDE ELECTRIC SUPPLY SERVICES WITHIN THE STATE OF DELAWARE (FILED APRIL 24, 2024)– PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0501. BP Energy Retail Company LLC has applied to the Delaware Public Service Commission to acquire certified electric supplier EDF Energy Services, LLC and change the name of the company to BP Energy Retail Company LLC. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF NEW WAVE ENERGY, LLC FOR A CERTIFICATE TO PROVIDE ELECTRIC SUPPLY SERVICES WITHIN THE STATE OF DELAWARE (SUBMITTED JANUARY 18, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0088. New Wave Energy, LLC has applied to the Delaware Public Service Commission for an Electric Supplier Certificate to provide Electric Supply Service within the State of Delaware. IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION STAFF AND DELAWARE DIVISION OF THE PUBLIC ADVOCATE TO ESTABLISH A REGULATION FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INVESTMENT PLANS FOR DELAWARE ELECTRIC AND NATURAL GAS UTILITIES (FILED JULY 2, 2018) – PSC DOCKET NO. 18-0935. The Delaware Public Service Commission proposes to revisit the proposes to revise Electric Service Reliability and Quality Standards, codified at 26 Del. Natural Gas

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR AN INCREASE IN NATURAL GAS BASE RATES (FILED SEPTEMBER 20, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-1044: On September 20, 2024, Delmarva Power & Light Company filed an application seeking approval for an increase in its natural gas base rates and limited changes to its natural gas tariff. The Commission will accept petitions to intervene until Friday, December 6, 2024. Please see the public notice for more information.

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF CHESAPEAKE UTILITIES CORPORATION FOR A GENERAL INCREASE IN ITS NATURAL GAS RATES AND FOR APPROVAL OF CERTAIN OTHER CHANGES TO ITS NATURAL GAS TARIFF (FILED AUGUST 12, 2024)-PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0906: Chesapeake Utilities Corporation filed an application seeking approval of 1) an increase in its natural gas rates; 2) two miscellaneous service charges; 3) restructuring of its rate schedules; 4) modifications to it transportation program; implementation of weather normalization mechanism for residential & small commercial customers; 5) transfer business to Chesapeake Utilities of Delaware, Inc.; and 6) tariff changes. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO ITS GAS COST RATES (FILED AUGUST 28, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0972: On August 28, 2024, Delmarva Power & Light Company filed an application seeking approval for an increase in its Gas Cost Rates, Pressure Support Fee, and Balancing Fee, and approval for changes to the Transition Cost Adjustment Charge. The Commission will accept petitions to intervene until October 22, 2024, and public comment until November 19, 2024. Please see the public notice for more information.

IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF CHESAPEAKE UTILITIES CORPORATION FOR APPROVAL OF A CHANGE IN ITS GAS SALES SERVICE RATES (“GSR”) TO BE EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2024 (FILED AUGUST 31, 2024) – PSC DOCKET NO. 24-0993: On August 30, 2024, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation filed an application seeking to changes its GSR. Petition for intervention must be filed or before Friday, November 8, 2024. Objections or written comments shall be filed on or before Monday, November 25, 2024.
