On Thursday, December 13, 2018, the Gas Pipeline Safety Division of the Delaware Public Service Commission hosted the “2018 Gas Pipeline Safety Seminar” at Delaware Technical Community College in Dover, DE. The US DOT Pipeline and Hazardous Material Administration (PHMSA) assisted in hosting this seminar by providing Wayne St. Germain from their Training and Qualifications Center in Oklahoma City as a presenter. The one-day seminar was attended by 46 people representing 11 natural gas and propane pipeline distribution operators in the state. Presentations were provided by the following organizations:
