The Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee (EEAC) and Low-Income Subcommittee have been working in conjunction with Delmarva on a RFP for a Fund Manager that will manage the distribution of the $4 million resulting from the Exelon merger that was allocated for low-income energy efficiency. Delmarva will be issuing the RFP and interested bidders should refer to the below in order to register. The deadline to do so is 12/30/18.
