Delmarva Power and Light - PSC Docket No. 09-414
The PSC seeks assistance from qualified firms and individuals to provide professional public utility consulting service to the PSC in regard to determining the justness and reasonableness of Delmarva Power & Light Company’s filing for an increase in its Electric Base Rates for Distribution Delivery Service. All proposals must be received not later than NOON on October 10, 2009 in a sealed envelope marked "BID PROPOSAL ENCLOSED".
