Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Electricity Aggregation RFP

    Q. Does the Committee have a budget ceiling, cap or not to exceed price for the project?
    A. No. It is up to the respondent to provide their not to exceed price as specified in Section XII on pages 12-13 of the RFP.

    Q. Has the Committee determined the number of meetings the offer will need to intend in Delaware?
    A. The Committee has not discussed an estimated amount of meetings that would be required. The offerer should include what they feel would be the appropriate level of local participation and bid accordingly.

    Q. Is the RFP open to only PSC-certified energy providers/brokers?
    A. No, the RFP is open to all interested parties.

    Q. Is the RFP open to only those vendors listed on pages 4-5 of the RFP?
    A. No, the RFP is open to all interested parties.

    Q. Will the chosen vendor need to become a PSC certified supplier/broker upon award?
    A. No.

    Q. Will there be a pre-bid meeting for vendors to ask questions of the Committee?
