This is Chesapeake's annual filing proposing natural gas demand and commodity charges effective November 1, 2007. Under the proposed rate change, a typical residential customer, who uses 120 ccf of natural gas per month during the heating season, will see an overall decrease of approximately 10.25 percent, or $21.00 per month. Most commercial and industrial customers would see their natural gas rates fall by between 10.73 percent and 14.93 percent, respectively.

- Order No. 7302 (October 2, 2007) - Allows modifications to Chesapeake Utilities Corporation's Gas Sales Service Rates ("GSR") for natural gas usage effective Novembver 1, 2007 on a temporary basis, subject to refund, pending public evidentiary hearings and granting a waiver of Chesapeake's tariff requirement which mandates an annual GSR filing to be made sixty days prior to November 1st of each year (Chesapeake filed its application on September 10, 2007 instead of on or before September 1, 2007).
