This is Delmarvas annual filing to update their Environmental Surcharge Rider (ESR) for charges effective November 1, 2007. The ESR is a surcharge that allows the Company to recover appropriate costs associated with the remediation of its Manufactured Gas Plants sites. Delmarva is proposing no change to its ESR rate this year.
